For example, tight lycra and nylon exercise outfits might look great but if you are susceptible to acne problems, avoid these synthenic fabrics that tend to trap in body moisture and heat resulting in a bacteria frenzy.
Choose Right Cosmetic - Cosmetic is a good friend to all woman at any age but you have to choose it wisely. Shimmering facial colors can contain a flaky mineral called mica taht can cause skin irritations and clogpores. Other additives in coloring that can cause similar reactions are coal tar dericatives, carmine and heavy cream in blushes.
Watch For Diets Vitamins and Supplementary - Studies show that diet does not play a role in either the cause or the treatment, but you must make sure to take a healthy vitamins and supplementary that suit with your skin and recommended for acne prevention care.
Hygiene - A healthy skin regimen should include no harsh scrubbing or over-washing, because this can sause possible skin irritation or possible over production of oil to replace what has washed off.
Shaving - Yup, shaving can definitely exfoliating or removing dead skin to help the prevention and spfreading od acne instead of leaving the remains to clog pores.

  1. Acne is a serious skin problem and needs a lot of attention, time and effort in treating it. There are a lot of acne treatments out there but there's no assurance if it would perfectly remove all those acne away.
